recently cannot copy photo files to cd rom

even with new discs the mesage is always the same - disc cannot aCCEPT --- FILE TO BIG ---- THE DISC IS EMPTY -- CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST WHAT HAS GONE WRONG AND HOW DO I CORRECT SO I CAN STORE PIC FILES ON DISCS -- THANKS - DAVIDJK
 
Hi,

How big is the file? If it's more than the CD's max capacity (650 MB for 74
min, 700MB for 80min) it obviously won't fit, in which case either compress
it (using JPEG or similar) or resample it so it's smaller.
