Recent IE Update - Suspicious File

Over the past 3 days I have received "Automatic Update
Notices" on XP Pro. for IE 6.

Has anyone using IE 6 received the following update
notice (obtained from details).

"Cumulative Security Update For IE 6 SP1 (KB824145)

I thinnk I mayy have been had since I received it every
time after I ran Ad-Aware.
