recent documents

I cant get to my recent documents unless I click on a
picture and then hit SAVE AS then I will see recent
documents to the right is there another way to access
recent documnets? On win 98 it was in the windows
file/folder I guess what I'm asking is where is the
recent doucuments folder located on xp?

Tried START button|MY RECENT DOCUMENTS?

If it's not there, right-click the START
button|PROPERTIES|CUSTOMIZE|ADVANCED tab.
At the bottom, checkmark the box.

When you click the start button MRU documents are listed
on the top left. If it doesn't then you need to set this
option up. Right click start then click properties\start
menu tab-customize button then the advanced tab and put a
check mark in "list my most recently opened documents".

If you're looking for the actual folder, it's under C:\Documents and
Settings\{username}\Recent.
