Receiving same email over 100times

Hi, i am receiving the same email over and over again.. Its well over 100
times already, and everytime i click send/recieve email, it still keeps
coming, Its driving me crazy!
 
That typically indicates a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages there by date,
delete all the older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.
