Deleting Receiving Phone Call pop up

Hi, This is really a problem as when this pops up
Receiving Phone Call(Answer call) (Ignore phone call), it
disconnects me, then connects me back to the internet. If
I am doing something important it cuts me off. I have
read and researched this and can't find any information
on it.
Please if anyone knows what to do let me know.

Are you running CallWave or similar software to detect phone calls when
online? If so, go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it.
