Receiving my email.

I have been experiencing problems sending email in the past, for instance I
would send an email and a box would pop up stating it cannot send the email.
I just ignored this and went on my way until yesterday I tried going into
help and I read some of the questions that others posted and clicked on yes
and ever since I cannot receive my email.
 
Do you get any error messages? If yes, right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
