Receiving Multiple Emails

A few days ago one of our systems stated receiving multiple copies (4) of
every mail coming into that users inbox. Win2k / Outlook 2002. Mail is being
hosted by webhost and all other users are not having this problem.
Peer-to-peer network with broadband router.

What DID change priot to this happening was we turned off the DHCP server in
the router and assigned static IP's all around (good ol XP Pro in a "home"
network simply would not play nice until we did this.).

Wnat in tarnation is goin here?

I use Outlook 97 and 2002 in a home network with DHCP and it certainly
"plays nicely".
