Receiving messages multiple times

Outlook is constantly updating and messages are being received 8, 10 times
 
Sorry: this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your problem to a newsgroup that's related to
Outlook.

It looks like you have a problem with your ISP, but you should ask how to fix
it in the Outlook newsgroup because we'd only be guessing. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft Access, the database program.
