Receiving mail

I cannot receive any new mail. I delete the old messages and they keep coming
back to my inbox as new "but they are old" the only way I have been able to
get my new mail is to run repair and detect and it only works once, then I am
back to the same thing again.
 
Please provide further information such as your version of Outlook,
configuration (type of mail account), and any errors that appear when you try
to send/receive.

If you have antivirus configured to actively scan incoming/outgoing email,
please disable that and try again. If you are polling more frequently than
every 10 minutes for email, please change that and try again.
