receiving mail fro other email accounts

Hi.

Can someone tell me if its possible to link your microsoft outlook with
another email account you have with for example....tiscali.
So that wen you log into outlook, you see all your mail from your outlook
address and your tiscali email address?

With a bit of digging i have managed to answer my own question.
