Receiving incoming mail

Your pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds is all it keeps saying and i
have a cack log of incoming mail now Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', Server:
'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC19

Please can you help to fix

did you happen to get a answer to fix this problem?? I amhaving the same
exact problem and i cant seem to get it to work

If you have an issue you would like some help with, please post
your complete error message.

We don't supply responses via email. Also, posting your email address
in a newsgroup is not recommended because it will be harvested by

Which antivirus are you running? It may not be fully compatible with
Windows Mail. Make sure its email scanning function is off.
If the problem continues, uninstall the antivirus, reboot, then try
Windows Mail again. If that fixed the problem, we can recommend a
free antivirus that is more compatible.

I have had this problem not being able to receive e-mail messages for several
weeks. After trying many things, I just uninstalled Spyware and everything
appears to be working great. I have re-enabled my antivirus and my firewall.
Prior to doing this I made sure I had Windows Defender on board (which I
actually ran prior to uninstalling Spyware).
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your report.
Various third party security programs can cause problems for Windows Mail.
