Receiving FAXES

Hello my name is Ed and I hope someone can help solve this FAX problem.Here
is what happens,my phone rings the computer ringer sounds I click on the
taskbar icon the call is answered I hear the fax tones the computer says
receiving fax but nothing comes thru the time counter just keeps going and
after 3 or 4 minutes I get an error saying fax not received ,,again hope
someone can help 'thanks Ed Eastup

Can you send a fax?
Does it give any specific error in your fax app?

Hi Ed,

Does this problem occur repeatly? Do you own a seperate All-in-One Machine? Have the Telephone Company check the Phone Line for Noise. Sometimes you get false rings, that the All-in-One thinks is an incoming Fax.

I know, cause I do.
