Receiving Emails Multiple Times

I have a problem with an account receiving an email over and over again. The
only thing I can find to fix this problem relates to POP3 accounts, which we
do not have. We currently use Exchange 2003. How can I fix the problem with
duplicate emails being resent?

Thanks Oliver! There was one article that may actually help (284404), but
the others are related solely to POP3 and will not fix in my environment. We
are testing what is described in the article 284404, I'll post again if it
doesn't fix the problem. Thanks again.
