Receiving bounced emails saying not found in Domain Name Server

Hi I have had a stack of emails come back saying that the destination server
for this recipient could not be found in Domain Name Service (DNS) .

I know definately that the email addresses are correct in some cases one
person in an organisation has received my email whilst another has bounced
back with the above message - can anyone tell me what the message means and
how can I rectify it?

Many thanks

Contact whomever runs your mail server for help with this. Outlook is not
the culprit here.
