Received 554 transaction failed

Using AOL with Outlook 2003, all of the sudden I cannot send any messges, all
messages came back with a 554 transaction failed..Please help

Check with AOL to see what the problem is. They use a non-standard IMAP method for sending and receiving mails. They have the instructions, not Outlook.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without

Folks:
I found the answer, here it is for all AOL customers using Outlook, go
verify your account or screen name to the following site:
challenge.aol.com/spam/html then enter the images on the screen and that
indicates to AOL that you can enter and use the Outlook protocol...So far is
working for me...Regards...
