I downloaded the evaluation version of Office and I'm trying to figure
out some Outlook stuff. How do I tell it to automatically download new
messages whenever I open it and then check for new mail every ten
minutes? The closest answer I can get with the search terms is about
send/receive groups.

Tools-Send/Receive Settings-define Send/Receive groups and enter a time to
schedule automatic Send and receive.
