Dear,

As the subject said, How can I route the fax to outlook's
inbox?
I saw the knowledge base saying that it is not
support "Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 311794".
The problem is, My company have stored all the important
fax in outlook, how can I upgrade to winxp and this
function is disable.

I have been using win98 to receive fax to outlook, then
win2000 now with default fax service to outlook.
the data file are stored in network.

Please help!

one more thing, the resolution of that article 311794 is
stupid. How can I send email to myself all the time
manually? This is not a solution!!!!

God Bless
Micah

The resolution in that article is indeed stupid.
The feature has been removed and there is, in fact, no solution.
There is a third party app called Fax4Outlook that will import faxes from
your Fax Console to Outlook after they have been received in the Fax
Console. There's a link to it here:

Don't waste your time with fax4Outlook. Nice idea to
pickup where MS dumped you but it is very unstable and
you loose all of your inbox and sent items folders faxes
at the drop of a hat!!!
