Receive error on one account

I am constantly getting errors when I try to receive email on one account:

Task 'USERNAME - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation
timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

*USERNAME SUBSTITUED FOR MY username

I have checked all of my email settings and they are as they have been since
I setup Outlook when Office 2003 Std. came out.

I have other accounts with different names from the same ISP. The settings
are all the same except for username, and password. I receive email on those
accounts, with no problems. I also receive email from Hotmail.

I have checked with my ISP and they claim it to be an Outlook problem.

The error indicated may mean that the Outlook Profile has been currupted, in
which case there is a solution:
