Receipts Problem

When I receive a receipt for a message, it just sits there in the inbox.
Receipts used to appear with the original message in the Sent box as an "i"
superimposed on the envelope, and the Tracking tab would be available on the
original message as well. But that has stopped. Any ideas why? I couldn't
find anything in the KB.

What version of Outlook? Have you checked Tools | Options | E-Mail Options |
Tracking Options to ensure the option is checked to automatically process
them? This processing happens on a five-minute cycle (I believe this is
still the case in the newer versions of Outlook).

I'm using Outlook 2000. Those tracking options are checked (have been for a
couple of years). I really don't know what could have changed, unless it has
something to do with our ISP. Maybe I should contact them...
