Have you updated both XP and IE? Try using a different
browser, like Opera, Mozilla or Netscape.
Also when you post an error, try to tell us everything you
know about your machine, like the CPU, RAM, who the ISP is,
and how you connect.
Check the event log. Start > Control Panel > Admin tools >
Event Viewer and then select the System Log. Note the time
of your computer crashing and look at what the log has to
say about what happened before and after the crash. Once
you have that info, check the microsoft site for the error
code the log mentions. Post that information here.
