rebooting

i changedmy cd rom for a dvd rom i forgot to switch power of now windows wont
start up just keep getting writing i dont have disc service pack 2

Disconnect the dvd. Restart, and press f8 for the startup menu. Choose "Last
Known Good Configuration"
