Rebooting

I just replaced my burnout power supply on my pc, and now i
can't reboot the pc.Everything seem to be running fine
until it gets to the point of opening windows (2000) and
get stuck.

Can someone please help.

Assuming all was ok prior to psu failure, tried booting in safe mode?

You may have loosened a cable or two while in surgery.
