Rebooting when being Locked

Hi,

I really need some help.

I have a user who has XP Pro on an HP laptop.

When she hits ctrl+alt+del and then locks the workstation it starts to
shutdown.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what could be causing this.

Check the event logs for errors.
