Rebooting system after major hardware changes.

Does anyone know what set of keyboard keys to hold down to
reboot a system after major hardware changes? I changed a
motherboard, cpu and ram and it won't boot due to the anti-
pricacy protection built into XP. Was told I would have to
hold down several keys on boot up to get it to restart so
we can re-activate windows. Thanks.
