Rebooting on IE Requests

Hello:

I'm running XP professional and connect to the internet
via STarband360. I have two network cards installed and
connect to the sat modem via a 3com NIC.

Occasionally the computer will immediately shutdown upon
executing a URL. I have IE 6.0 xpsp2. All windows XP
updates are installed.

The event log shows bugcheck sometimes and kernel error
reports. Nothing is specific enough. Has anyone had
similar experience or can tell me where to look?
