Rebooting issue??

I have a workstation that just keeps rebooting everytime I try and do a shut
down. I disabled the function of dont reboot on error and I get a blue
screen with the following error message:

Driver_Power_State_Failure
Beginning dump of physical memory

Is this related to a bad power supply or a driver that was installed for
something?

Any suggestions??

Hi,
The blue screen your are recieving is most probably stop 0x0000009f. Please
let me know the exact error code and if it also displays any driver. Are you
ever able to boot up in any mode or this problem only occurs while shutting
down? You can also try to boot up with the minimal hardware in the safe mode
and see if the same problem occurs or not.
In case the blue screen shows some third party driver, go ahead and either
disable it or get it updated.
