Reboot when trying to shut down

Hi, From reading the other posts I understand that I have a conflict with one
of my driver since when I try to shut down the computer reboot itself. After
turning off the "Automatic Restart" I find the following message on the blue
screen: "*** stop: 0X0000008E(0XC0000005, 0X806E494F, OXF761B5B8,
0X00000000)".

The problem started after I downloaded DivX Pro and try to burn some DVDs.
What should I do and what does the error message mean?

Thank you in advance!

Start by uninstalling DivX Pro and see if that resolves the issue.

According to the information you provided your error is caused by the
driver or component that is using memory address 0x806E494F

If the problem persists after uninstalling DivX Pro post a reply back
here and we will proceed to delve into it further.

Good luck
