Reboot when plugging in PNY Attache 128mg USB Memory Stick

Help!
Ever since I installed SP2, when I plug in my Attache 128mg USB Memory
stick, the PC will power down & constantly reboot until unplug the memory
stick. Any info would be appreciated.

USB Hub Power Management - disable : Start/run, type DEVMGMT.MSC , then
rightclick each USB Hub device, Properties, uncheck the box on the Power
Management tab.
