My housemate' laptop is currently stuck in a neverending reboot loop. as soon as she logs in it blue screens with a "Page Fault in non paged area" message and immediately restarts before she is able to do anything. Im not sure whether this is a hardware or a software problem so i thought id post here. is there a way to get it out of this loop?
She is running Windows XP, AVG free and is connected via LAN to the university network for the internet.
