Reboot hangs

My system boots ok and everything works great until I try
to do a reboot (shutdown/restart). The system hangs after
displaying the master/slave devices. I can power off and
everything will boot sucessfully.

Has anyone seen this before?
Is it related to SP4? or hardware related?

Sounds like a hardware issue. What whould be the next thing to show on
the BIOS boot screen in a "normal" boot up? That's what I would check next.
