Reboot error

XP refused to reboot. Error Messege:
" Isass.exe - Unable to locate Componen
This appplication has failed to start because DNSAPI.DLL was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem

Does anyone know the location where I should reinstall DNSAPI.DLL. I have no idea where this DLL file locates

This is a DLL File that is found in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder. You can use your repair option on your Widows XP CD to reinstall it. I would be curious on how it disappeared in the first place. Sound live a Virus or Worm. Hope this helps a bi
