Reauthenticate to the domain

Anyone now how to force a logon when a user is already logged on?

We have remote users who log onto their laptops using cached credentials.
Then they VPN(Cisco) into our network. At this point the user is connected
to our network using their cached credentials. The problem is the logon
script doesn't run and they don't receive their GPOs.

This is because the Cisco VPN only does the VPN part. From there they get
rights based on logon but their normal handshake between the computer and
the domain doesn't happen. You might have to give them a script to run that
does secedit to enforce the policies and then the mappings... but there is
no easy way to do this other than ISA or windows VPN.
