reason: 553 5.3.5 system config error

i keep getting this error message i can email everyone except two with
mchsi.com comes back to me the spelling is correct on regular outlook
express i can but not microsoft office. i get this error
message.Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 553 5.3.5 system config error i called my
internet provider they thhink it might me microsoft office what can i do to
fix this

That's a server-side error that often indicates that the server is trying to
route mail back to itself instead of passing it on to the next router. It's
not Outlook's problem, but probably one on mchsi.com's server. I'll bet
they're using sendmail for their router.
