reason 2.5 software

why is it that xp saying that reason 2.5 program is not
responding? i checked the error log and and it said it
was a hung application. and it also said the hang address
is 0x00000000. somebody please help. my comnputer fits
all the requirements for the software. my computer is
fast and has a lot of memory.

Uninstall "Reason" (whatever it is) through the Add/Remove Programs Control
Panel -> Reinstall if you need it.
 
It sounds like there may be a problem with the "Reason 2.5 program". It is
not a base Windows component.

Some programs are written in such a way that they act as if they were hung
when they are really just working hard at some task you have asked it to do.
If this is a program you use regularly and it happens after making a request
like a database query, this may be the cause.
