Real one works just fine with this disabled,it is
considered as spyware by many along with TkBelle.exe(also
from real one)if you disable this it will turn itself
back on whenever you use realone a startup manager might
be a good idea,here is a free one that seems to work

The free version of RealPlayer is probably still adware. Maybe it's doing some sort of analysis on your viewing habits before reporting, or maybe the files are corrupted and looping the CPU.
