Start, control panel, monitor, look for advanced, some monitors have that
setting.

Well, you could try standing on your head.

Or, you could right click on the desktop, then click properties.

Click Settings

Click ADvanced

Click Rotation.

Click Standard Landscape

i have clicked on advanced but now i dont no what to do there are 6 taps at
the top "color managment" "intel extreme graphics" "monitor" "troubleshoot"
"adapter" and "general!! I don't no what to click?? please help

I don't have the fancy monitor that allows rotation, but I would assume you
would click MONITOR after advanced, since that is what you are trying to
rotate.

The rotation setting is usually under the Advanced in the Adapter card
tab. But come on, look around! Clicking on things in the Display applet
won't hurt. Take a deep, cleansing breath. If you don't find the
rotation settings on the first tab, click on a different tab. Explore
the buttons. You *will* find the right place to change your display
back.

As I recall for that display adaptor it is under Intel Extreme Graphics
tab. While you're in there disable the rotation hotkeys so it won't
happen to you again.
