Help! It keeps disabling and when I reinstall it does not
allow me to enable. Any ideas?
 
Try an update install:

Control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change,
update.

If that doesn't do the job, then uninstall, delete the installation folder
(typically c:\program files\microsoft antispyware) and then reinstall.
