Real Time Protection-Settings?

Hello all! I love this program......but I went to a
known site that installs adware (Gain) and (Claria)to
test. How do I block known websites? It's a board I
like to check for business reasons. Or maybe not the
program and my IE settings? Thanks!
 
The real-time protection agent checkpoints should prevent any drive-by
installs. The won't prevent you from installing and assenting to the EULA
of advertising-supported programs, however.
