Real Problem

The start menu doesn't work, for other users it works for the win xp version
but shows no applications, and it doesn't work at all for the classic
version. The windows key doesn't work but it does for win +r. I checked the
event logger and found the following error:

MMC failed to initialise because it was installed incorrectly or because a
portion of the registry has become corrupted. Make sure the file Mmcndmgr.dll
is registered by running "regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll
Really starting to worry says:
MMC apparently standing for Microsoft Management Console

I don't know if this is related but any help would be wonderful thanks

Did you do what the error message asked you to?
