I created a report for a HP 5 landscape. Turns out our user (on another
computer) will have a printer that uses 11" x 17 " paper. I can slide the
report edge to 16 (leaving a margin). Where do I set the page size? I can
see where the margins are and also in paper size I saw custom size.

Do I need to install the printer that will be using the paper size? And how
do I tell it the length of the page? I see that nowhere.

I believe that you will need to install the printer driver. Then, in report
design view, select Page Setup from the menu. Set the paper size, then save
the report.
