Real Help and Suppot

Does anyone know how to get REAL help and support from microsoft, i.e. staight from the horses mouse instead of trying to help ourselve which is open to false info, insults and is generally unsatisfactory.

Everyone know MS look to their customers to test their rather unstable and expensive products, at least we should be able to report the faults to them - or would this cost them money? Well MS don't worry about money - just bring out a new service pack!!
