Reading/sending Thai characters in IE 6.0

Does anyone know how to permanently change the encoding
settings to always read Thai characters in email without
switching all text to Thai?

Hi

Try uncheck 'auto-select', and then check 'thai (windows). but if you are receiving mail from hotmail account, it won't work. hotmail does not support Thai text

what I meant is you will need to keep setting Thai encoding to see Thai text
