Can't type Thai launguage in IE6

I don't know what happen to my IE6. Before, I can type
Thai launguage just fine, but now when I try to type Thai
it come out like this "I3*-C#%". I reinstall my laptop
couple time now, but it still won't work at all. I can
only view Thai launguage, but I can't type at all. Does
anyone know what happen to my IE6? and how do I fix this
problem? Thanks
