I can't type Thai characters in any webpage.

Now I can type in English but when I have switched to Thai
keyboard layout and type in text box in any webpage. It
has showed incorrect character such as "ห" (Hor Hip in
Thai Language) it has showed as "+". And When I have typed
in other applications such as Word, Excel or MSN
Messenger, It has showed Thai character correctly but in
IE only has showed incorrectly.

I have typed this message in MS Word then copy into this
box and post it.

Help me please...

Did you try to change the View/Encoding to the correct language?
