reading pane

installed office 2007 onto windows vista. emails show up sporadically in the
reading pane - meaning they will show up in the reading pane one time and
then not the next. i followed the advice from the group and disabled my
virus protection but it is still doing the same thing - it will work one
minute but then not the next. does anyone have any other suggestions

sorry - i am new to this and have never "posted" before. i am still learning
- i wasnt sure what group to put it in or how it worked.
