Reading Pane GONE

So I was doing something in Business Contact Mgr and Outlook died and shut
itself down. When I re-launched it, the reading pane is gone, and I can't
get it back. Under View, the Reading Pane option is grayed-out and I have NO
idea what to do!!! Help!

Well, I fixed it but not sure what's going on. I added "Reading Pane" to my
toolbar and that was live, so i could use it to re-add my reading pane. But
at the same time, it is still grayed-out in the View menu. I restarted, etc
etc, but for some reason it seems broken!

Alas. So if anyone else has this problem, I suggest View>Toolbars>Customize
and then add the Reading Pane to your toolbar. What a pain!
