Reading HTML

I am using Outlook Express 6 and for some reason I cannot now receive
HTML e-mails, messages appear as plain text with a HTML file attached
Can anyone advise please how to reset this?

Tools/Options/Read - Uncheck the box that says "Read all messages in plain
