Reading email using VBA

How do you acheive the following using VBA.....

1. Choose a folder containing emails - testing it contains emails
2. Copy the email header from, to, cc, bcc, subject etc into a set of
variables

My aim is to read the in-box or other folders and create a list of contents
in an Excel worksheet.

1) Use the Namespace.PickFolder method, then check the folder's DefaultItemType property.

2) Iterate the folder's Items collection and use the property syntax described at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/propsyntax.htm
