Read Receipt Outlook - Tools |Options | do not have e-mail tab

I have tried to set a read reciept on an Email message. When I looked in the
Help items it refered me to Tools | Options | E-mail.

I do not have the E-mail option anywhere in my Tools / Options Tabs. Did I
not load something correctly in Outlook? I have looked at each TAB in the
Tools | Options and did not see anything that even resembles E-Mail Tracking
anything; closest was Tracking Changes!

Are you using Outlook 2003? If so, with the message window displayed, click
Views>Options and you should find it under Delivery options.
