Read only is locked

I have a document that says it is read only (in blue header bar at top of
doc.) and I can't do anything with it:
Can't delete
Can't edit
Can't rename
Can't move to another folder

Help!?

In My Computer or Windows Explorer, browse to My Documents, find the
file that is giving you trouble, right-click on it and select
Properties. Choose the General tab, and clear the box that says Read Only.
